• Responsible for producing and maintaining website templates within WebsiteBuilding following web development standards and parameters.
• Work closely with the stakeholders involved in the process of template ideation and research, development, improvement, and maintenance.
• Responsible for planning, assigning, and coordinating tasks among team members.
• Project planning, estimation and status reporting. Breakdown project scope into smaller tasks to complete in a period of time/sprint.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other teams in ensuring the timely release of deliverables.

• Provide solutions to customer issues related to one.com services - WebsiteBuilder, Email, hosting, account subscriptions.
• Creating positive outcome thru building rapport and application of end-users care parameters.
• Familiarize customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance.

• Provide creative solutions to client’s issues arising with their web shops created under the software released by the company.
• Test application software functionality and create test cases for new software builds due for market release.
• Generate test reports for bugs noted and procedures to enhance functionality of new software build for release by the company.
