Researched and presented findings related to recommended strategies for a benchmarking and transparency policy tailored to Honolulu’s city, commercial and multi-family residential buildings. Drafted and finalized the Scope of Work to be included in the Request For Proposals for the City of Honolulu's Capital Fleet Transition Plan and Transportation Climate Action Plan, to accelerate the City's 100% renewable transportation goal by 2045.

Assisted in developing energy, scope 3 GHG and waste reduction analysis presentations. Assisted the Environmental Affairs Department with updating a 'Hazardous Material Disposal Manual' related to EPA and DOT compliance regulations.

Researched the history and infrastructure of the organization to identify potential changes and existing perceptions of the motorsport around sustainability. Gathered data on 50+ NASCAR partners and the "Big For" evaluating their standpoints on sustainability to propose collaboration on future partnerships. Captured data and analyzed waste diversion metrics specifically relating to recycling and energy for individual motor speedways.
