Hylton has been working with multi national organisations for over 15 years holding senior leadership positions and regional roles across APAC. During these 15 years Hylton has helped these companies successfully achieve their growth targets, expand in new territories and launch new programs. Some examples would be growing the SEA business by over 10% for 5 consecutive years, doubling the revenue in a developing market and implementing strategies that allowed us to come out ahead of our pre-covid numbers in our largest market. Hylton strength lies in business development across B2C and B2B markets and has shown that he can easily adapt and work across multiple regions. Currently Hylton looks after a team of 12 that service 7 countries across the APAC region.
