As the contractor of IAKSSDU Operation and Maintenance our company was responsible for safe routine maintenance (PMS/CMS) of the Rig. Project manager shall manage and make sure of integrated systems being ready stacked for future possible Drilling Operations. Also, our company were responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a related projects, cost and benefit control, cash flow, WBS, CBS and the satisfaction of clients.

Manage and plan for daily drilling & completion activities according to the Well-Program issued by Client. As an operation’s team member and supervisor, I had regular Rig-Site visits to maintain good communication with personnel. Being an Incident Free role model by showing deep respect and believe in Safety. Keeping up-to-date with three owned Jack-Up Rigs (Sahar 1&2, Elima) class and insurance issues due to national regulations and international guidelines and regulations.

As the Head of Drilling Operations (Rig Manager) supervise oil rigs and support crews of a certain Field/Region. A Rig Manager monitors rig operations, coordinating drilling activities, taking care of safety measures, solving personnel issues that may arise, training the staff, and supervising material consumption and Rig-Moves.

Ensure of safe working place conditions for employees to prevent accidents, infections, injuries and property loss due to natural causes or regular Drilling Operation circumstances. Managing all HSE department activities, Organizing, Training and promoting Personnel. Implementation of HSE-MS, Attending in Company’s & Client’s HSE & Drilling Operation meetings. Worked under command and Reported to Managing Director.

North Drilling Company - Land Drilling Rigs, Iran - Mainly On Ndc114 & Ndc110

Worked on NDC114 & NDC110 Land Rigs (South and South-West of Iran) as SENIOR TOOL PUSHER. Being responsible for all drilling and completion operations. The main responsibility of Tool-Pusher is to keep the RIG ready and operational in all aspects Safe and Sound. Senior TP works closely in conjunction with the representative of the OPERATOR company (company man). Tool-Pusher takes the operation job orders from the Company-man and manages and supervises drilling crew for execute them safely and efficiently.

North Drilling Company - Land Drilling Rigs, Iran - Mainly On Ndc111 & Ndc113

The Tour-Pusher assists the Tool-Pusher in managing QHSE, customer care, the implementation of the well program, reporting, and all rig other activities. Working night shifts when the Tool Pusher is off-duty, service quality, job preparation, planning and safety are key priorities in this role.

Turkmenistan - Offshore - Elima Jack Up Modu

Worked on “ELIMA” Jack-Up Rig as ASSISTANT DRILLER & DRILLER (Turkmenistan Offshore - Cheleken Oil Field): Contractor: North Drilling Co, Client: Dragon Oil CoDriller is a team leader in charge during the process of well drilling. In organization hierarchy Driller position is under Tool-Pusher and Tour-Pusher. The driller is in charge of the crew, and running the Drilling, Workover and Completion in safe manner. The driller is responsible for active monitoring the well (Specially for Kick Warning Signs and Indications). A competent Driller has the knowledge and skills for performing operations and taking care of well safety and stability.

Nidc And Ndco Land Projects

Started as a TRAINEE (OJT) in National Iranian Drilling Company’s South Land Rigs – Member of the drilling crew (Rig Hand) from the lowest rank: Wash-Coolie to Rough-Neck & Derrick-Man and finally promoted to Assistant Driller. The Floor-hand or Rig-Crew members are responsible for performing various manual labor tasks, including: rig up and rig down various equipment, general maintenance of the Rig, and several DRILLs and safety maneuvers.

I had the experience to instruct drilling related courses in my Company (North Drilling Co) since 2011.In Feb 2020 with management and cooperation with Fan Afarin Pars Kish (FAPK Co.) I conducted my 1st certified Well-Control instruction in accordance with NIOC R&D directorate and Central Training Department Well-Control accreditation Program.As an instructor and Technical Advisor of FAPK Co. we have conducted at least 50 other Well Control courses in last Three years, we have updated training material as per international standards and generated a customized (Tailor-Made) training method for some lower ranked personal with less knowledge of well control.
