Responsible for training, performance monitoring, recruiting, administration and account growth of the hotel sales program, focusing on business development in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.Key responsibilities:Training: Deliver effective SPG Business training to divisional property and above-property sellers on-site or via webinars, traveling as required.Hotel Support: Work with hotels and SSO sellers to register eligible accounts into the program with a focus on identifying existing local accounts that can be converted to SPG Business. Account Development/Client Support: Build and grow relationships with corporate customers so that revenue goals and customer loyalty expectations are met. Generate new SPG Business accounts from lead information received and grow SPG Business accounts by identifying key travel destinations with opportunities to establish local negotiated rates.Divisional Sales Support: Promote and drive the SPG Business program in EAME & LAD Division and work with sales leadership to reach established goals. Support the Divisional segment growth strategy and assist sales leadership with the growth process of accounts. Develop and implement divisional sales incentives for SPG Business and track as needed. Work on any ad hoc projects requested by divisional sales leadership.

Personal Account Management, and act as a liaison for customers and hotels,partners, and vendors.Proactively contact members to arrange on or o property services or activities forreservations booked through non-CCC channels.Make recommendations for leisure travel based on preferences, special occasions,oers and promotions.Working with hotel sales teams, arrange small groups, meeting or social functions,and other in-hotel meeting and convention services.Proactively contact customers to introduce our services, assist in choosing ourproducts, solicit information to gain understanding of preferences, tailor servicesaccordingly, and determine contact protocols.Process special requests in preparation for, or during a guest’s stay;coordinate with on-property concierges, partners, vendors, and other personnel asnecessary.Contact the hotel member for special occasion greetings, reminders of upcomingspecial events, and travel ideas related to their hobbies and interests.

Provided support for international guests, dealing with urgent requests on a dailybasis.Confirm, modify and cancel reservations and SPG Awards.Global account management.The coordination of the Ambassador Events, for which I was responsible for:- Building a streamlined database for Events.- Managing the personalised invitations for Ambassador guests for worldwide SPG events.- Engaging with guests on the new exclusive project generating opportunities.- Managing guest feedback and comments.

Inquiry support and providing customer service; providing information, travel advise, and planning assistance.Receive and process calls from travel agents, business houses and general public.Book reservations and provide information on all company brands including: Luxury Collection, St Regis, W hotels, Le Meridien, Sheraton, Aloft, Element, Westin and Four Points by Sheraton.Provide information about Starwood Preferred Guest and all the existing loyalty levels.Group sales management, and prospecting new opportunities and new leads and turning those into sales.Account management for large bookings including weddings, company meetings and high profile celebrations.
