I have worked extensively in learning design and educational research, which have fostered my robust foundation in evidence-based approaches. These experiences have honed my competencies in curriculum design, digital learning, and faculty advancement. Collaborating with educators and researchers, I facilitate cohesive teamwork in implementing research-proven practices to help people learn better. Currently, I am an assistant professor of Medical College of Georgia (MCG) at Augusta University. In this role, I support MCG in developing and continuously improving medical curricula and promote learning-focused pedagogical approaches, effective integration of educational technologies, and research into the same. As a designer, researcher, and educator, I actively serve medical education, learning design, and e-learning communities. My aspiration is to further my career by evolving into an educational leader and expert to make a positive impact on lifelong learning environments.
