Led 7 member team to enhance/maintain a sales force automation systems and other related web and mobile applications. Discussed with clients for the development schedule, assigned resources to each task. Managed system design and trouble shooting.

Korea

Managed a Sales Force Automation System for web-based application and mobile application (iPad/Android), and provided maintenance service with the applications for clients in Hong Kong and China. Responsible for resource management, issue management, technical support, effort measurement, costing, billing, procurement, and English communication counterpart for all conversation.- Performed “Point of Contact” in English and Korean to discuss system enhancements and new system developments.- Led weekly/monthly conference call with clients’ regional managers and other vendors to share progress related to development and enhancement. Created weekly time sheet, monthly report, release note, and root cause analysis for defects to enhance stability and efficiency of system maintenance.- Responsible for programming Android application using a combination of Java, Android API, XML, and NEXCORE Mobile Solution.

Korea

Developed, upgraded, and maintained financial-industry mobile application and web-based software within a team.- Implemented mobile web-app with project team members to build SFA system using NEXCORE Solution, HTML5, CSS3, and javascript.- Managed mobile native applications since Android 3.0/iOS 4.x including iOS provisioning profiles and certificates. Responsible for building to SIT, UAT, and production system. Enhanced and maintained Android/iOS Enterprise AppStore as per Android/iOS upgrade.- Programmed CIP using a combination of Java, json, and XML on WebSphere WAS to communicate between mobile device and backend system thorough Web services. - Coded to apply third party solutions including mobile vaccine(Android), virtual keyboard, PDF to image converter, MDM, MAM, and public certification module.- Maintained mobile application management solution (O&M)—was responsible to manage remote content to upgrade application from O&M server.

Responsible for implementing web base corporate credit management system within a Software Development Team.- Implemented JAVA programs to apply business logic for calculating corporate credit rating. Programmed server side scripts using JSP connecting to an Oracle Database.- Applied on-line payment module in order to allow users to pay for retrieving corporate credit information. Programmed both client side and server side by using HTML/javascript/JSP/Oracle.

Korea

Developed, maintained, and enhanced a variety of industry software. Coordinated system design and implemented applications collaborating with development teams and client representatives to ensure on time completion of the project. Managed and configured various servers and server applications.- Implemented web-base business system using PHP, JSP, MySql, and Oracle 8i. Developed over 10 web sites for clients and maintained over 20 web sites for beauty salon franchise, animal hospital, Korea basketball association, electric power company, and etc.- Created PHP and JSP versions of centralized web board management system that efficiently managing hosting service for the web sites built. Created consolidated management pages that enables web masters to customize web board by themselves.- Developed few Flash Action Script programs that simulate digital electric power protection monitoring controller to display information from Database.- Responsible for managing SMPT, DNS, WAS, WEB, and SMS servers to provide web hosting service to clients. Configured Solaris, Oracle 8i, Apache, and Tomcat.
