As the Head of UX at WELT, I lead a talented team that includes Product Designers and Product Managers. I am responsible for designing the UX of our core products and overseeing both macro and micro-level UX for the services provided by WELT.

I am responsible for the UX/UI design of a digital therapeutic app for insomnia patients, which uses AI technology and is classified as a medical device. This app requires a doctor's prescription for use.

In this role, I conducted usability testing on digital products, including websites, apps, and PC software, as well as hardware. Additionally, I conducted qualitative research to gain valuable insights into the user experiences at every interaction point between the business division and its users.

Developed embedded software that controls the printer engines using the C programming language. My responsibilities included coding embedded software, building ROMs in a Linux environment, and transferring them to the chips installed in printers. Furthermore, I was involved in measuring and managing the electrical signals within the printer circuits.
