• Support the underwriting, analysis and execution of real estate acquisitions• Prepare and compile due diligence materials, budgets, financial models and schedules• Identify strengths and weaknesses of proposed transactions• Produce project acquisition proposals and materials necessary for presentations related thereto• Help coordinate the closing of transactions• Maintain and update due diligence checklists for transactions• Prepare budgets, financial models, market reports necessary for debt/equity proposals and investor reporting (and then produce such proposals and reports)• Carry‐out market research• Stay informed of current industry and market trends including attending industry conferences• Facilitate project inspections and tours

• Conduct due diligence on companies and industries by researching, reading financial statements and market data • Analyze financial information relating to specific companies, e.g. company results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements to determine how an organization is positioned to deliver for investors • Analyze financial modeling and projection • Analyze and interpret data to recommend new strategies• Draft and write research reports for fund manager or client use • Ensure that all compliance regulations are met

• Verifying the accuracy of the information submitted by applicants.• Interviewing small business owners, landlords and trade references, reviewing site inspections, and obtaining information from both the risk management and sales departments to arrive at the most appropriate decision based on the information at hand• Analyzing credit bureau information (consumer and business) as well as merchant processing and business banking statements to reach a judgmental decision• Identifying and researching any inconsistencies with the application• Interpreting and analyzing financial statements and business tax returns

• Process new rate lock requests and pricing changes from LOS and portal software.• Monitor competitor pricing by channel and geographical area on a daily basis and develop analytical tools that optimize NPF’s position in the mortgage marketplace• Interact with internal and external clients on all pricing related matters• Enforce lock desk policies and procedures, and recommend policy changes• Distribute, maintain, and enhance rate sheets and external pricing• Develop, design, and automate new reports to meet the needs of Capital Markets, senior management, and the production sales force on an as needed basis.• Maintain internal pricing engines and execute margin changes.• Manage relationships with external pricing engines and vendors
