- As an independent expert, evaluated three different women empowerment projects conducted in Nigeria, Vietnam, and Uganda (End-of-Project Evaluation)- Collected projects-related data through literature review, interviews and field visits- Coordinated the communication between the evaluation team and KOICA HQ, KOICA field offices, and the local consultants- Created the Theory of Change(ToC) based on the Project Design Matrix(PDM) of each project- Designed the evaluation matrix based on the six OECD DAC evaluation criteria- Generated meeting minutes- Assisted the overall process of evaluation including the evaluation report preparation, review and submission

- As a Junior Expert in East Africa as well as a Research Associate, conducted preliminary research for a project aiming to improve healthcare service delivery in Uganda- Put together reports and ensured consistent content and formatting- Translated project output descriptions(POD, OD) from Korean to English

- Supported development of project document including performance management plan and performance indicators on Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and gender-based violence programmes- Provided technical support to implementing partners to develop annual workplans and for implementation- Supported monitoring and evaluation of the Joint Youth Programme which promotes youth socio-economic transformation collaboration with the government of Rwanda and other UN agencies- Hosted workshops and facilitated communication for project organizations and stakeholders- Supported resource mobilization by developing project proposals and 2 out of 3 succeeded- Developed policy brief on analysis of the Sexual Reproductive Health services and demand trend on contraceptives in Rwanda

- Led a randomized controlled trial research project on parent education as a focal field research assistant- Trained 10 parent educators on education content and data collection methods, and guided them to deliver the contents to the caregivers with children under five- Coordinated the submission of the proposal to Institutional Review Board (IRB) in Malawi- Developed a work plan and produced donor reports on project implementation, performance indicators, and financial overview- Conducted data cleaning and preliminary data analysis using STATA- Implemented the education programme and confirmed behavioural changes of 335 mothers at follow-up

- Supported two Reproductive Maternal Newborn Child Health Projects implemented by UNFPA and UNICEF - Monitored health facilities to investigate factors that hindered improvements in health indicators- Supported developing an intervention strategy to prevent maternal mortality and a detailed evaluation tool for performance management- Reviewed progress reports and supported consultation with government officials of Tanzania regarding project planning, the direction of progress, and performance management plans
