I’m a results-driven executive leader with extensive experience in business development, sales, and technology throughout competitive global markets.Business Development: When I began at Lightbend, the company was new and growing. I played a key role in the growth of the organization, developing case studies, securing a large percentage of the early customer base, creating SoWs, and developing strategic plans. As I progressed through the organization, I successfully implemented processes and programs that have kept communication flowing, supported product development, improved user experiences, and solicited feedback from customers, stakeholders, and staff.Sales: I have a deep understanding of technical sales and am adept at analyzing global market needs and sales numbers to allocate territory resources accordingly. Recently, I reorganized our Solutions Architecture team by ensuring all sales staff had a technical background and/or knowledge to better sell the products. This has resulted in an extremely stable and successful team.Technology: My early career was in systems and solutions engineering, and I have come full circle to now oversee a technology field team and technical alliances.
