Hi, Helana here! As both a drayage coordinator and professional organizer, I excel at moving a lot of stuff. My passion lies with minimizing environmental harm by sparking conscious consumerism in the communities I work with. I earned my B.A. in communication, specializing in Public Relations, from the University of Maryland (UMD), as well as a General Business minor from UMD’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. I enhanced my education through jobs and internships, most notably working as a Production Intern for Voice of America and Digital Communications Specialist for Beam Reach Consulting Group.Graduating during the COVID-19 pandemic led me to work outdoors helping my local community, both as a farmhand in organic vegetable production and as an assistant manager of a garden center. These experiences shaped my drive to solve problems through resourceful means.
