As a senior pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, at Penn State, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating that unforgettable experience for guests. My coursework has provided me with a solid foundation in the principles of hotel and restaurant management, and I am eager to apply there's skills in a real- world setting. During my studies, I have gained valuable experience through various internships and volunteer opportunities. For example, I had the opportunity to work as a waiter and bartender at a local country club, which allowed me to develop a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as the ability to work in a fast-past, high- pressure environment. I also volunteered at a local charity event, where I assisted with event planning and helped to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for attendees. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I am an active member in the Meetings and Events club, as well as a member in one of Penn State's sorority. These experiences have helped me develop my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, and have provided me with valuable networking opportunity. As I continue to pursue my studies and build my career in the hospitality industry, I am eager to explore new opportunities and expand my skill set. I am particularly interested in opportunities that will allow me to develop my management and leadership skills, and to work with a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
