Activities:Participate in the development of new products.Organize internal audits with administrative and operational areas based on the QMS.Review, update, and prepare technical sheets for manufactured products.Develop, configure, and optimize manufacturing processes through process evaluation, measurement taking, and data interpretation.Respond to customers where complaints are expressed about Non-Conforming Products. As well as prepare and follow up on Non-Conforming Product reports and corrective actions.Participate together with the other areas in the analysis and formulation of action plans for quality deviations, rejections, or process parameters.Propose and execute, together with the other areas, continuous improvement actions, and present the corresponding reports.Develop and execute industrial projects together with supervision, maintenance, quality, and the operations coordinator.Develop, promote, and implement Kaizen tools for best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve quality (reduce the 7 changes in the plant) and production rates.Development of failure routes, through cause-effect analysis to solve problems in the process.Map and prepare the different manufacturing processes (Policies, Procedures, instructions, flow charts).Achievements:I increased the plant's production by 15% and reduced the costs of using raw materials by 10%, which is an important project that I carried out with production and engineering as a business benefit.I implemented the creation of a quality inspection table for textile raw materials with an external automation provider to streamline the inspection process for fabrics, and filters, among others.I designed some KPIs (Dashboards) for the business in different areas such as Quality, Production, Warehouse, and Administration based on effectiveness, productivity, operational performance, quality control, and the total flow of costs to carry out decision-making dynamically and efficiently.

As a volunteer intern, I had to consider a generalized system of productivity, time management, and understanding in order to get things done on time. Overall, I was learning several things related to sales and better personal growth for my future as a mechanical engineer in general in the area of ​​Marketing.◇ Increasing reading speed, focus, and proactivity in marketing strategy.◇ Digging into SEO marketing strategy, business model, and sales approach.◇ Online writing the basics of WordPress software to publish articles, research, and findings.

Primarily, there was a certain requirement for me to be able to get graduated with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Even so, I succeeded in entering this unpaid, and enriching company to develop a wide variety of approaches regarding engineering and the use of the most essential operating systems nowadays. Unquestionably, I increased my knowledge, productivity, and time management in a formal-real job. Furthermore, I learned podcasting, video making, video editing, and media management to help the company grow and be more known. Since this is a Mexican company, I could upload all data in English to accomplish a new level of education in international-online courses. Hence, I created a significant impact in the company around 50-75%, motivating people to enroll on online platforms and creating innovative courses based on engineering, Microsoft Office, and some engineering design software. Here are some things in a detailed way:• Developing online courses to motivate people to enroll.• Outsourcing 20% in sales to release and produce a wide variety of online courses.• Managing a wide variety of operating systems at an advanced level such as Inventor Professional,Microsoft Office 365, Shotcut Video Editor, Tinker CAD, and CANVA.• Boosting up 50% in my productivity and under-pressure assignments to never exceed deadlines and deliver activities clearly and suitably. • Increasing my top-notch skills such as speaking in public, podcasting, and summarizing details.
