I helped customers in deal making in the fields of women and men’s health, urology, medical cannabis and natural health products in America, Canada, Europe, MENA and LATAM and Asia. • Mandate with Aurora Canada, leading to a comprehensive partnering deal with a French partner (Ethypharm) and a successful French pilot tender win for all cannabis flower lots.• Mandate with Devicare, a Spanish lifescience company, with an asset in urology (nephrolithiasis). Signed partners for Kuwait, Jordan and Greece for my client. • Mandate with Viramal, a UK based Women’s health company to out-license their technologies • Mandate with Acerus Pharmaceuticals for Alliance Management of previous signed deals and scouting for new partners in China and new assets for Canada. • Mandate with AORA Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical company, to scout for global partners for their OTC products assets.

As part of the leadership team of a publicly traded company and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, I was responsible for all licensing activities for the corporation. I had the responsibility for growing the Acerus portfolio of products via the identification, evaluation and pursuit of business opportunities in Canada and globally. Led out-licensing deals for Acerus main asset Natesto® in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, South Korea, Brazil and LATAM. Signed deals covering 80% of global Natesto® market in 18 months. Also led the scouting and evaluation of multiple assets for in-licensing in urology and women’s health
