As a graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) with a degree in Architecture, during my studies, I wanted to be involved not only in design but also in strategic areas such as valuation, management, and marketing. My interest in the real estate sector stemmed from a desire to understand how projects take shape not only through their aesthetic aspects but also through financial sustainability and operational efficiency. With this in mind, I decided to shape my career in real estate business development, aiming to go beyond design and manage every aspect of projects.For the past 2.5 years, I have been part of the Real Estate Business Development team at Blueground, collaborating with investors, property owners, and project developers to manage a wide real estate portfolio. As part of an ecosystem that currently manages over 1,000 active apartments in Istanbul, I have gained in-depth knowledge and experience of the local real estate market. During this time, I have gained valuable experience in portfolio management, property leasing, and financial planning. I am constantly seeking innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, ensure long-term sustainability, and optimize the current portfolio.Sustainability is not just a goal for me; it is a critical strategy for long-term success in the real estate sector. By focusing on both environmental and financial sustainability, I aim to increase the efficiency and future value of projects. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate Development at Istanbul Technical University, further deepening my knowledge in this field and actively working on developing sustainable real estate projects.My goal is to use my experience and academic background to contribute to the sector through sustainable real estate projects, innovative business models, and long-term value creation.
