Coordinates and implements assigned payroll projects based on client requirements (Shinhan Finance, Acecook, Lipovitan, Samsung MP,...)C&B tasks: - Implementation of Payrolls, Employee database, Labor Contract, SHUI; - PIT declaration and finalization under the labor law; - Update the Labor Law and support building the Company’s Policies.Other Supports: - Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reports; - Update the Labor Law and Support customer to update the policy for the projects; - Employees relations.Other requests from Operation Manager and Operation Director.

C&B tasks: - Daily process (Onboarding, Resignation, Team Transfer, Contract Handling, Promotion, Salary change, etc.); - Checking, implementing and maintaining monthly payroll database- Supporting employees with claim issues from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Company;- Implementation of new benefits schemes for the employees- Monitor works of SI, HI, UI with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees- PIT declaration and finalization under the labor lawEmployee Branding tasks: - Union Benefit (Birthday, Wedding, Medical, etc.); - Buddy Program; - Organize internal activities and internal events, support Employer branding andmotivatingEmployees relations- Build up/strengthen healthy, stable relationship between employer and employees- Be in charge for company events planning, budget, and execution (YEP, outing trip and other events), internal communication, trainingOther Supports: - Providing information for weekly news; - Making a Survey;- Report for IC team; Other requested from BODs
