As an Engineering Manager, I'm playing a crucial role in leading and overseeing a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful software solutions. I am responsible for driving the team's performance and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects. Additionally, I actively contribute to pre-sales activities, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and provide expertise in analyzing and proposing architectural improvements to clients. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Lead a diverse team of up to 12 Back-End Developers, 4 DevOps Engineers, 8 Quality Assurance professionals, 12 Front-End Developers, Business Analysts, and other managers.Also, I'm a Resource manager for a pool of 15 teammates.Provide guidance and support in improving team processes.Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.Prepare tasks and oversee their execution.Maintain accurate documentation of projects.Assist in the onboarding of new team members, including creating personal growth plans and providing support to help them achieve their objectives.Solution Architecture:Develop technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing system capabilities, and engaging in customer communication.Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and prepare improvement plans for the system.Delivery Management:Ensure the timely delivery of features and projects, both in the short and long term.Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration among subteams.Provide leadership and guidance to subteam leads.Resource Management:Develop and implement Personal Development Plans (PDP) for team members.Facilitate onboarding processes and support career growth.Proactively search for suitable projects for the team.In addition to the above responsibilities, you will engage in various other activities essential to the role.
