Ker Accountabilities and Responsibilities:• Producing key KPI departmental dashboards and automating processes efficiently.• Maintaining a suite of reports and rationalizing where needed.• Prioritising requests for new regular reporting and ad-hoc from all areas of the business.• Working with customers to define requirements, formats and layout of reporting to add the most insight.• Identifying areas for improvement or gaps in existing reporting and leading the development of new data capture and processes.• Validating data before use in reporting and ensuring the integrity of all data used within the reporting suite.• Troubleshoot and investigate reporting anomalies.• Ensuring all the business areas are fully supported and all documentation is maintained up to date. • Capturing exceptions via ETL processes and automating responses when required.EnvironmentMS Server, BIDS, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, T-SQL, Visual Studios, MS Office, MS Access, Adobe Photoshop.

Main Duties & Responsibilities include:• Produce bespoke information reports used in the day-to-day operation of College’s activities.• Publish, and maintain information and reports on the College’s intranet/internet site using computer software. • Develop and maintain web-based applications to facilitate data entry. • Research, advise and help implement, appropriate statistical methods and data analysis techniques. • Keep abreast of technical developments and work closely with members of the department to plan and implement the development of the College’s information systems.• Assist in the integration of external data sources into the College’s information systems. Maintain and administer the colleges’ student record system.• Identifying and meet users information requirements and look to help users make the most effective and efficient use of our systems and services.• Providing training on bespoke information services / information technology systems.• Maintain accurate records of errors, fixes and software version control.• Ensure that all documentation relating to the management information systems is maintained and kept up-to-date.EnvironmentOracle, MS Server, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, SQL, T-SQL, HTML, Dreamweaver, Crystal Reports, Visual Studios, ASP.NET, MS Office, MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Dynistics.
