Design talent strategy in line with client requirements and market trends by providing optimum services as a strategic and consultative partner to Key Stakeholders, Hiring Managers, and Recruiting partners. Provide day-to-day operational support to Diversity and Inclusion sourcing activities to maximize individual and organizational effectiveness as well as improving diversity, equity, and inclusion.• Working exclusively on (FTE) full-time positions, W2 contract, and Corp to Corp(C2C) for our direct client and Implementation partner requirements.• Successfully review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager.• Expertise in Ceipal (ATS) and different Job portals such as Dice, Monster and Career Builder.• Maintained extensive database of candidates, and all other referrals and resources.• Negotiated salaries and or hourly bill rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.• Created efficient processes for recruiting effort including building out applicant tracking system and candidate pipeline while continually modifying procedures for efficiency.• Filtered through and reviewed complete candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant’s work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary, and personal qualifications against open requirements.
