After spending 10 years in education where I helped to establish not only foundational nutritional and lifestyle interventions for special needs children but I was also able to create and implement similar systems for the staff of multiple institutions resulting in not only better staff moral but also less absenteeism and improved productivity. I have since transferred those skills and my background education over the the supplements industry where my focus is now on helping to research, formulate and bring novel anti-ageing and longevity formulas to the market.I also own and operate UNDERWD Health Coaching where I utilise Functional and Integrative medicine to help individuals work through various forms of complex illness.
