I have competed competitively in Powerlifting since 2018. 3rd place under, 77kgs class, Authority Cup II, Nov 2018; 1st place, under 77kgs, class Top Lifter III, July 2019; 2nd place, under 85kgs class, City Strength Open, Mar 2021. Qualified for 2021 Australian National Championships (event cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions)

A small but high end cocktail bar with an opulent whiskey and cognac collection, within a contemporary, modern Cantonese restaurant. Located inside a heritage listed 19th Century police station and jail in Sydney’s historical “The Rocks”. The jail cells are still present and function as private rooms. The fun, historical location combined with the small, cute bar means that the Sergeant Lok is more about providing a great customer experience and less about holding a packed house. I am a part of the grand opening staff. I've applied my creative license in designing the cocktail menu. The small size of the bar really allows me to have a greater connection with the customers and hold some very interesting conversations, reinforcing my positive people skills.

Extensive experience in dealing with customer service and the importance of brand image, especially given the high influx of celebrities.
