The tanning industry produces a variety of solid, liquid and gaseous wastes. The aim of the internship was to determine the quantity of waste coming from the different stages of production within the Anjeva tannery and to study their treatment possibilities.The choice of waste treatment is based on several criteria such as the degree of contamination of residues by chemicals, the processes that generate them, the quantity of waste produced and the feasibility and availability of treatment installations.

The aim of this internship was to acquire knowledge of soil analysis methods. In order to create a Malagasy soil fertility map, various soils were collected from different sites and then analyzed.

This internship aimed to learn the methods of nutritional analysis of foods in order to determine their nutritional quality.
