I have worked within Health, Social Care sector for over 18years, as a carer, nurse. Since 2005 I started working as a freelance trainer, assessor and set up my training company. I have worked in residential homes, hospital, community setting as a nurse, assistant manager and assessor. My specialist areas are learning disability and mental health. Since 2007, I have worked within local colleges as a tutor,lecturer within BTEC/Foundation Degree programmes as well as Child Care and Education. I have worked with Sure Start Programmes and worked as a support teacher (Learning Programme) for Year 1and 2 children. I enjoy creating opportunities for people to excel and my goal is to develop my business to a multimillion pounds business. My next step is to set up projects and events for groups who are not fortunate enough to access education,lack self motivation and the will power to move on. I am not a motivational speaker but enjoys motivating people and children to dream the dream and live a fulfilled life. We do have to take responsibility set goals and targets,never give up on our dreams. For those who don't dream my goal is to encourage them to start dreaming again like a child with no responsibilities and obstacles in the way.
