👋🏽Hi there! I'm Iqra Javed, a Supply Chain Management graduate from Eastern Michigan University. I want to emphasize my flexibility and adaptability when it comes to working with colleagues in new environments. Through my diverse work experience, I've learned the value of teamwork and collaboration. ⚙️Adapting to change is crucial, especially in the Supply Chain industry, which has been severely disrupted in recent years. As both a consumer and a professional, I've experienced the strain of weakened supply chain systems during the pandemic. With my degree and past work experiences, I aim to join a company whose vision I align with and help strengthen their Supply Chain network. 🎓In college, I not only focused on my coursework but also explored my various interests outside the classroom. I was involved in over four different clubs, received two private scholarships, and graduated with Cum Laude honors. 👩🏽‍💻With my unique background, I bring a fresh perspective to an industry that needs innovation. My work experience has equipped me with essential skills in negotiating contracts, cost-saving projects, ERP navigation (SAP), process streamlining, sourcing & procurement as well as inventory management. With my college experience & work experience as a testament to my capabilities, I'm confident in my ability to drive change in the industry. 📈 My experience in Supply Chain with a focus in Sourcing & Procurement has led me to increasing my ability to ensure organizations essential cost-savings, improve supplier-facing relationships, and lastly an efficient mindset for tackling our Supply Chain!
