• Managing and leading a team of Seven Relationship Officers in order to achieve assigned team targets.• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the consultants by providing them delight service.• Ensure discussions and decisions with the team members lead toward closures of deals.• Ensuring all documents are valid, complete and clear as per credit policy/process guidelines before logging in the system. • Assure that the team members have the deep product knowledge and training.• Familiarize the team with the customer needs and specifications to support task performance.• Look after the all Business Facilities like Business Loan, Over Draft, LC, CD, BD & TR, Bank Guaranties and all relevant facilities for existing and new customers.

• Arranging Trade Financing Facilities for HSBC existing and new customers.• Acquisition of Corporate Accounts.• Sourcing of New Business Acquisitions.• Presenting ideas to the management regarding market intelligence.• Look after the all Business Facilities like Business Loan, Over Draft, LC, CD, BD & TR, Bank Guaranties and all relevant facilities for existing and new customers. • Additional Skills Complete knowledge of operations (Inflow and outflow of operations, responsible for checking valid documents as per banks policy.• Directly Interaction with marketing and operations department & Knowledge UAE Banking rules and regulations. • Handling customers’ complaints for existing and new portfolio and get back to them with quick and transparent response.• Complete knowledge of sourcing of business from Free Zones and different channels in UAE.
