I undertook Audits of companies Recruitment Processes. Initially doing this for clients looking at the way their RPO was working for them, I extended the consultancy to also look at how companies do it for themselves. The audit gives a good sense check or health check on the current recruitment practices and advise on potential improvements.Specific projects included:Reviewed the service offerings required by Thomas Cook of Steria, the new, chosen RPO to focus on entry level, retail and call centre recruitment. Created, issued and analysed the results from an RFI for a FMCG organisation considering outsource some of their recruitment to an RPO.Created the RFI and RFP documentation for a Qatar based Medical Centre. The documentation, issued in November and December has been used to identify an RPO to take on the recruitment service for some 3000 hires over an 18 month period.Undertook the audit for the RPO offering provided to Prudential Group Head Office - this resulted in recruitment being brought back in-house.Reviewed the offering by Capita to the BBC identifying process improvements, revised the SLA and KPI's

Over 1300 hires were made in a six month period. The on-boarding checks were taking an average of 35 workings days, sometimes as much as 70 working days, to conclude. The review of the existing process resulted in the design of a new process, referred to as the "two envelope" process. Rolled out the new process, refined and improved, resulting in conclusion of all on-boarding checks to an average of 13 working days
