As founders we have collective experience of more than 37 years in passenger car interior trims.We have worked with many European & Indian OEM.Have experience in Instrument Panel, Door trims, Console, Pillar Trims, Greenhouse/ Soft trim parts.We have worked in different phases of product development from concept to SOP.Familiar with different manufacturing process from plastic injection to high end covering and decoration techniques like slush moulding, IMD, Wood decoration, Leather covering, Chroming etc.Have worked for multiple car segments from small family cars to luxury / Super cars.We have experience of working with OEM, Tier 1, Service provider.We are good at people management, have handled design and development teams, cross functional coordination, time line management and coordination with customer.We have worked with cross cultural teams: German, Indian, Spanish, Chinese, French, British, Korean.
