It received over 100 million online exposures, 300+ media reports, and established a 6,000+ voice donation database, winning honors like the 2023 IF Design Award.•The aging-friendly smart home renovation project is promoted with cross-departmental cooperation. The process is documented and elderly users' needs are shown through documentaries, boosting product sales.(3) Media Relations and Brand Communication•Connections with authoritative media are actively established. Xiaomi's accessibility has been on CCTV programs like "Evening News", enhancing the public image.•Accessibility-themed activities and videos are planned, touching people and showing care. The labelers' promo video has high traffic.•The "Xiaomi Technology" account is operated, conveying the technology-for-good concept and enhancing brand responsibility.

Responsible for the planning, execution, and promotion of corporate social responsibility (CSR) public welfare projects at the company level to enhance brand influence and shape the group brand positioning of humanistic responsibility through public welfare content.(1) Brand CSR Campaign Promotion Planning: Planned the "2021 Xiaomi Accessibility Activity Week", created topic events through offline activities, linked online live broadcasts and courses. And promoted it through our own media and overseas media, obtaining over 91 international reports, with over 40 million domestic and overseas communication volumes, establishing Xiaomi's social responsibility image.(2)Cross-platform Public Welfare Content Planning•Initiated the "SUPER PEOPLE Documentary Series Project", collaborated with public welfare groups, and produced public welfare advocacy content with social influence based on Xiaomi's brand tone of "equality". The documentary ranked first on the iQIYI documentary popularity list, and the daily broadcast volume of the documentary column on Xiaomi TV also ranked first.•Planned the Animal Protection Week project, collaborated with the mobile phone pictorial team to plan animal science popularization content, and the single content exposure UV was as high as 940,000.•Collaborated with the Alxa Foundation (Sichuan), sponsored and placed public welfare advertisements on Xiaomi TV, with a total exposure of over 14.77 million and a video completion rate of approximately 90%.(3) New Media Content Operation: Operated the writing of special topics such as "Xiaomi Has Responsibility" and "Xiaomi Vientiane" on Xiaomi's WeChat official account. The likes rate of related WeChat tweets was significantly higher than the average level.
