Reorganized and develop Human Capital, GA management, Talent Management, HC Compensation & Benefit system through :- Direct management of functional managers in HRGA, Talent Management and COMBEN Sub Dept- Oversee daily operations of HRGA, Talent Management and COMBEN Sub Dept - Ensure the creation and implementation of a HRGA, Talent Management & COMBEN strategy designed to grow the business- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives- Ensure overall delivery and quality of the services to internal customers- Engage in internal customer activities that related to HRGA, Talent Management & COMBEN Sub Dept.- Oversee talent development programs, for its implementation, result and action taken- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees- Reporting to Chief Human Capital

Facilitating organizational improvement, including assessing training needs, diagnosing organizational problem areas, consulting on OD & Human Capital strategies and system. I am work with the industry organization to help them run efficiently and effectively.
