As a Senior Recruiter/Human Resource Management Candidate, I am responsible for managing end client accounts with major firms such as Wal-Mart, E-Bay, Seagate, and Change Healthcare. My primary responsibilities include recruiting and staff augmentation. I am involved in every step of the process, from resume evaluation to onboarding formalities, including BCG background checks, immigration processing with attorneys, and payroll support. Additionally, I have experience with H1B processing and H1 transfers, as well as GC processing if needed.
