My achievements include:⇛ Traction. Significantly expanding growth in Frontier's first industry, and opening a second industry with a multi-million £ first customer. Signing a high-profile channel partner and securing millions in revenue commitment for Frontier through the channel. ⇛ Culture. Instrumental in driving product-led culture change and reshaping the product division's organisational structure, management practices, and operations. ⇛ Strategy. Developed a multi-year product strategy that focused on rapid-traction but long-term TAM maximisation, while creating a durably-differentiated product in the rapidly changing "AI market" by leveraging Faculty's existing strengths. ⇛ Technology. Directly led the redesign of Frontier's technical architecture and software, pivoting to an ECS-powered core and modular services-based framework. Co-founded Magic AI Corp., a startup dedicated to bringing computer vision-based machine learning to animals and humans. Served as CTO for the first year of tenure, and currently focus on business strategy, corporate development, and finance aspects to grow product portfolio capabilities and sales revenue. The company first product is called StableGuard which is the world’s only AI, 24-hour monitoring and alert system for horses.My achievements included:⇛ As CTO led product development from concept, AI architecture, prototype, beta testing, and production deployment in collaboration with 2 internal developers and 2 external teams located in the U.S. and Poland.⇛ Developed financial models, market analysis, budgets, and operating plans that accelerated building and deployment of 500 units of StableGuard to 10 different clients in the US. ⇛ Secured $1.2 M in seed funding and completed end-to-end negotiations for equity transactions, including acquisition of early-stage machine learning startup Victory Parade.

StableGuard is our first product, and applies Magic AI Corp's specialized AI software to a real world application in the equine industry. StableGuard identifies the behavioral characteristics of horses, tracks wellness over time, and notifies the horse owner of notable disturbances.
