With over 25 years of dedicated professional experience, I bring a wealth of expertise in managing and coordinating programs within both civil society and the private sector. Since 2005, I have proudly served as the leader of the Civil Society Enhancement program at the Civil Society Institute (CSI), a renowned CSO in Georgia celebrated for its outstanding performance and expansive range of activities. Our focus remains steadfast on fostering the growth and development of civil society and democratic institutions, advocating for democratic values and the rule of law.My professional endeavors center around empowering civil society organizations, fostering civic engagement, promoting public participation, enhancing social accountability, and bolstering the institutional capacity of civil society entities through participatory and results-driven approaches. Additionally, I am deeply committed to nurturing the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Georgia, recognizing its pivotal role in driving sustainable social impact.In a fruitful partnership spanning since 2012, I have collaborated closely with the School of American Law Program (SAL), an esteemed initiative established by the renowned U.S. law school, Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Tech. This groundbreaking program has spearheaded legal educational initiatives across 28 countries in the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia, Europe, the MENA region, and Turkey. Through SAL, we provide students with unparalleled access to esteemed academics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the latest developments in various fields of law.My educational journey has been marked by distinguished achievements, including degrees from the Free University of Tbilisi and ESM Business School (MBA), along with a diploma with honors from the State Institute of Foreign Languages and Culture, Department of English Language & Literature.
