Provide Systems Architecture support for the cybersecurity program requirements with reviews, evaluations, assessments, documents, plans, and many other related artifacts for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Submit recommendations to government functionals by evaluating plans and policies prior to implementation to expose and mitigate risks.-Provide Systems Architecture and Engineering (A&E) support by developing recommendations and oversight of engineering processes, design, integration and sustainment efforts for information sharing and information management systems for Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities supporting the Combatant Commands, services, external agencies, intelligence community, NATO and DoD initiatives.-Advise the government functionals regarding cluster file systems and other technologies to provide confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) for networks, data centers and applications. Also support the Requirements Review Board (RRB), Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Configuration Control boards with technical, process and architectural analysis.-Support software, testing, and validation procedures, programming and documentation. Assist with the design of customized software to optimize operational efficiency in cloud-based environments and help develop and integrate virtual storage console.-Provided insight and recommendations in the development of Enterprise and Systems Architecture practices, principles, documentation, and governance support. Decomposed Task Order Requirements (TORs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) to develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Requirement Traceability Matrixes (RTMs) for a total of 4 high profile cybersecurity virtual training platform development projects to support training events from over 200 different locations. Managed day-to-day operation of the MCRISS Help Desk Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) in processing over 38,000 recruit enlistments and officer selections per year.-Assisted MCRISS operations officers in resolving user issues, troubleshooting trouble tickets that numbered in 24,000 per year. Through analysis and training development reduced the number of trouble tickets by 66 percent to under 8,000 tickets per year.-Monitored the automated tracking of information for 4,000 recruiters with an annual 33% turnover rate and over 400 recruiting organizations.-Served as a subject matter expert for the MCRISS application and systematic recruiting business processes to automated information systems and collected, validated, and assisted in the prioritization of requirements, new developments, and software system change requests (ITIL).-Served as a software acceptance tester and advised the project manager on the operational aspects of information technology as it applies to Manpower and Recruiting.-Planed, trained, and conducted a command-wide web-based system implementation (MCRISS-RS).-Supervised, trained, and assigned work schedules of seven subordinate Help Desk personnel.-Interacted with customers to understand and document requirements and to convey interface possibilities of the software also generated associated documentation, such as FRDs, SDDs, and SIAs for the Marine Corps Recruiting Information Support System (MCRISS).
