Litigation was managed with external legal counsel and numerous legal cases in various courts were overseen. Additionally, the role of Company Secretary was held, managing board matters and annual general meetings (AGMs).With a wealth of experience from leading telecom companies and other organizations, there is a proven track record in navigating intricate legal landscapes. A decade was spent at a major telecommunication company and its subsidiaries.Expertise extends to working on high-impact projects and policy development. A key member of the expert group that collaborated with international consultants during the study of Pakistan's Telecom Sector and the Government’s Deregulation Policy.
