The main task was to improve the user experience & interface for one of the most successful education apps (LMS) in Iraq, i worked with the team in more than one country to improve Eduba app experience in order to be easier, more flexible, and simple to achieve greater share in the Iraqi market.

The story began with Taxi Reem since the idea was on paper and turned into reality, I designed the project structure in addition to the UX/UI, branding and the launch of the first version in the Iraqi market to be the first Arabic app which designed and developed from scratch by Arabic team, developers, designers, marketing and management.Managed all developers, programmers, and designers to get the first version within 3 months by raising their efficiency properly, developing their expertise and skills, to get the highest possible from them to complete the project during the period, also I developed a plan of growth and how to enter into the Iraqi market.Now, Taxi Reem is second market share in Iraq & in Google play during a period not exceeding 8 months of continuous work.Supervising the technical and design aspects of the app and all the technical aspects, in addition to laying the foundation structure for the company and launching the project in the capital Baghdad - Iraq.During a career that lasted more than a year and a half in the Taxi Reem administration, we achieved the following numbers:- More than 6k registered and activated captain- More than 150k users inside Baghdad- More than 500 flights a day- Average monthly income of $ 700 per captain- More than 15 partnerships with major companies in the Iraqi market- Second place in the capital, Baghdad based on apps stores (android & IOS) statistics - The first Iraqi app for taxi on-demand

We have designed and developed hundreds of government, local websites, mobile apps in the United Arab Emirates, developed them in terms of design methods and new ideas that helped to re-establish these sites and offer them the best.
