• With TCO of $600M/year to maintain the Siebel systems and related servers, Decision was made to EOL Siebel and replace the existing legacy Siebel CRM application with Salesforce CPQ.• State-of-the-art CRM application developed and deployed using Salesforce CPQ in record 13 months time.• Recent Price Increase of FPGA products resulted in uptick of revenue of $60M which was executed flawlessly with precision with no DQ issues and no adverse impact to global customers.• Entrusted with the key responsibility of managing Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) CRM application that facilitates PSG Sales between Intel PSG & various high profile accounts ensuring a MTTR < 2% with BCDR enabled with no disruption to the end customers.• CSAT score of 4.2 obtained by using NPS survey on the application performance from the global customer base and empathy map formed to continuously deliver solution to real user problems. • Rolled out North Star Metric to measure the % of approved Quotes converted as an Order by considering actively engaged user base, product SKUs/Quote, Avg Quote Volume, Avg Selling Price, Life Time Quote Value, Annual Contract value etc.• Primarily responsible for Design & Execution of price increase of various FPGA products in order to maintain Intel's profitability and sustain market lead over its competitors.
