- Focus on technical build support for RND, product development, process development, and transfer to manufacturing- Read dimensional prints, input work orders, testing units or verbal instructions to performs- Provide input to build documentation during phases of build- Perform and demonstrate after training- Record or input in validation documents such as Device master Record (DMR's), Lot History Records (LHR's)and etc- Packaging finished goods- Input inspection data to new products and refine to customer speculations - Work with project team to meet quality units and deadline- Support company necessary to ensure compliance with requirements

- RND new projects and prototypes builds- Quality/R.I. receiving in inspections for RND projects- Blueprint read and build- Catheter assembly, reflows, CTL, and etc.- Run braiding machine and set-up- Welding and set-up- Designated and perform cross-functional in RND projects- Inspects finished good and package out- Equipment usage: Leak testing, machine bonding, UV light, measurements, smart-scope, hotbox, heat gun, microscope, caliper, snap gauge, and etc.- Assisting with engineers and technicians on build - Assisting in the generation of documentation (i.e. drawings, specs, procedures, travelers, etc) requires to support new product development projects - Troubleshoot and suggesting creative solutions to design and testing issues build - Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on procedures and importance

- Material issues down for projects needs- Catheter assembly, reflows, CTL, and etc.- Designated and perform cross-functional production projects- Work on molding machine, set-up, shut down, drying resin, molding, cutting, trimming, and etc.- ESD medical device build- Catheter bonding- Inspects finished good and package out- Equipment usage: Leak testing, machine bonding, UV light, measurements, microscope, caliper, and etc.- Label printing for on-going and finished good for ready to ship out- Balloon builds

- Set up line and do line clearance making sure each table and counter is clear or clean of debris- Designated trainer for most of the catheter lines very capable of teaching - Perform cross-functional training in multiple of catheter’s products- Inspect various outgoing products for assembled catheters for deflects and rejects- Work under magnification for small micro components of any errors or mistakes- Review and close work orders when completion of lot making sure everything is counted in- 100% inspection of parts in mini camera (Boroscope) for clean of sheaths. - Final package parts ready for shipping
