Diversity of experiences is what most defines my 15-years career trajectory from Junior Consultant to Director in a Big 4 consulting practice, shaping me into the versatile business consulting professional that I am today. Following my business studies in the US and France, I transitioned to the professional world by choosing to work in companies that provided me with international experience, which to this day is a strong motivating factor in my work. In the first 7 years, I worked with various teams in EMEIA, coordinating and delivering projects across a variety of initiatives: process transformation, Internal Audits, business plans reviews, feasibility studies, Lean management, and target operating models’ design, to name a few. Each project was a brick in the foundation of my business consulting expertise and, in 2016, I brought it all together by joining the newly formed Automation/Digital consulting team. In this space, I was able to work with the leadership on building the Center of Excellence team and defining the Go to Market strategy and implementation methods for the new technologies, combining my project management and consulting methodology expertise with the technical particularities of automation software implementation. This was one of my greatest accomplishments, coming from a non-technical background to dive into such a new topic and establish myself as a global Subject Matter Expert, working on large scale implementations in EMEIA and the US.Since 2019, I took on a regional role that enabled me to be part of strategic conversations shaping our global consulting service offering for process automation and AI.
