Leading and scaling data analytics team at letgo:- European Unicorn based in Barcelona.- Over 100M downloads and over 25M MAUs.- Raised close to $800M and forms a significant part of the Naspers global classifieds portfolio.My mission as Head of Data Analytics is to support the company to make optimal data-driven decisions in a trustworthy way:- Build and lead a team of data analysts and data engineers embedded into product squads, marketing, sales and other functions across multiple locations (Barcelona, New York and Istanbul)- Promote and facilitate a culture of experimentation by supporting product and marketing teams from design of experiments to analysis of results. Work with the Engineering team to provide the best A/B testing infrastructure- Work closely with the CPO, CMO and other key stakeholders to identify product, marketing and business priorities- Work closely with CTO and Data engineering team to help define the data infrastructure and tools for analytics and BI use cases- Develop a strategic vision and implement the right processes so that data can be a strong pillar of the company growth- Help enforce and continuously improve our analytics practices, processes, and tools- Promote a data-driven culture within the company by running internal data workshops (Amplitude, Tableau, A/B testing, ...) for letgo employees- Point of contact with tracking, reporting and analytics third party toolsData Stack: Redshift, Hive, Python, R, Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Leanplum and Firebase

Hired as the first data analyst in the company:- AB test analysis: from test definition (variants %s, time to run the test, …) to final analysis and recommendations for next steps- Ad-hoc research analysis for all the teams within the company (Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, …) to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make business decisions- Build automatic reports to monitor and forecast the evolution of KPIs- Proactively investigate the reasons for unexpected changes in main KPIs’ trends and communicate them to stakeholders- Definition of front-end trackings before releasing a new feature in the app or in the web

I am responsible of the development and provision of timely and accurate set of reports to help functional areas and management to run the business:- Assist the business departments by providing accurate and timely information in the form of reports and tools based on a defined and agreed process- Participate in defining information requests with the relevant business users, design and build information queries based on defined business criteria, deliver the information in the required format, follow defined and agreed processes and control procedures.- Development of Analysis and Reports targeted to a variety of users- Maintenance and evolution of the current systems- Assist with custom Google Analytics implementations and account configurations based on unique data needs and business requirements - Data load procedures implementation and optimization- Aptitude for using both internal and external IT-based systems/databases- Investigate, recognize and resolve data problems and inconsistenciesTools: QlikView, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel

- Creation of new reports in any reporting tool as deemed necessary by the company (includingad hoc reports that meet customer’s needs)- Creation of relevant reporting documentation (including data sources), used in many cases fortraining the users of reporting systems, teaching them to prepare reports and properly use thedata- Interaction with different departments of the business to examine their reporting needs andconcerns with the goal of developing relevant practices and ensure that the reportingrequirements are met- Evaluate the purpose and content of business reports to develop new or improve existingformat, use, control and completeness of information- Automation of reports performance, troubleshooting of reporting issues, assurance ofconsistent data across systems, procedures and practises- Work with Project Managers and customers to develop report specifications

- Person in charge of monthly Payroll Report- Provide regular reports and adhoc reports to key stakeholders- Management of short term and long term forecast while ensuring agreed Service Level Agreements aremet in a multi-language, blended environment.- Manage rosters and shift patterns according to call profiles and resources available and ensuring timelydelivery. Management of schedules and resource during unexpected increases in call volumes.- Intraday schedule adjustments and schedule adherence checks- Attend regular meetings with management to understand business requirements and changes
