I'm an innovative and versatile user experience leader and storyteller with 14+ years of design experience. Helping businesses around the Asia Pacific and Eurasian regions from enterprise to consumer, desktop to mobile products with strengths in designing complicated workflows, research, team leadership for complex websites, dynamic and interactive web applications, e-commerce, and multi-screen design (desktop, tablet, mobile)to achieve their business objectives. I assist startups brands, businesses, and entrepreneurial ventures to launch powerful new products to make a scaleable and marketable design strategy.In the last 14+ years of experience in digital product design with over Eight-plus years of experience in design leadership, managing small to medium teams, and had the pleasure of working at small dot-coms to a large enterprise within the software high-tech, innovative fin-tech, and health tech space. I believe that in order to architect the best human: computer interactions, teams must first gain empathy for the user’s experience, only then can one build solutions that deliver performance, mitigate pain points, and deliver highly usable human interfaces. Throughout the years in creative roles, one of the most important lessons I’ve learned is regardless of the industry, it’s essential to build a diverse team of curious and highly collaborative individuals who want to accomplish great things and have fun working together.
