I am an accomplished manager and sales coach with significant experience in delivering performance. I am actively involved with relationship management across all sectors of business.I have over 30 years’ experience of managing staff, delivering training in day-to-day activity, while monitoring performance and documenting accurate records using a range of computer systems.My current position requires a pragmatic approach to day-to-day management with responsibility spanning across three significant college areas and direct line management of eight staff and extended responsibility towards 35 others who are used in an associate role.My role requires the management of contracts and maintaining strong positive relationships with students who are undertaking both commercial and/or distance learning courses at NESCol.I have looked to further myself within L&D and have direct experience of training deliverer and have shaped curriculum & design to enhance the learning experience. To help further my knowledge, I have completed a component of the L&D diploma with a TAP Certificate in Facilitation via the Training Foundation.I can self-motivate and work on my own initiative and have good communication and leadership qualities.I am highly respected by all key contacts that I have. I enjoy working in a team environment and dealing with people and I always look to be able to make it happen for them.In the positions that I have held, I have faced and overcome many challenges and have lead individuals through the change cycle as their role evolves into new directions.
