At Validus I worked as a claims analyst negotiating credit hire claims on behalf of insurance companies. During my time at Validus I developed my negotiating skills further. I was a level 5 analyst (out of 5 levels) meaning I was given the more complex cases to deal with. Some individual claims being worth in excess of £30k. I dealt with GTA and non GTA cases using common law. I consistently exceeded targets achieving a high number of closures and often saved insurance companies £000's on each claim.

Area manager, responsible for existing and new clients in Norfolk and Suffolk. I developed key relationships with decision makers, liaising with installers, planners, architects and the general public to gain sales. During my time at Flogas I increased number of domestic bulk customers in my area by 50%. I worked with Marketing department to build literature tool kit. I Self generated over 300 leads and built good relationships with installers who referred leads to me. I also implemented various initiatives designed to help retain and develop the existing customer base. During my time at Flogas I gained invaluable sales experience.

Working as Client Services Manager I was responsible for managing and coordinating all client service department activities and staff ensuring full case management. This included, monitoring performance of staff dealing with KPI's, sickness, reviews etc, Coaching and developing new and existing staff and identify and support training needs with supporting documentation. Liasing with solicitors, social workers, doctors and private clients to ensure expectations fulfilled and court deadlines met. I also acted as account manager for important corporate clients (inc. TV Production Companies). Carried out statistical analysis on legal clients and cases reported to Managing Director. Monitored and provide statistical analysis on client feedback.I was also involved in business and sales strategy. Through innovation of the sampling process the business grow dramatically. Attending conferences/exhibitions and liaising with solicitors to promote our services.I also gained experience in quality management systems and ensuring that we complied with UKAS ISO 17025, I also gained experience in auditing under these conditions.
