I'm a highly experienced, motivated Warehouse Operator currently working in a Cold Chain Warehousing environment, distributing Cold Chain Time and Temperature sensitive vaccines around the world, knowledge of SAP operating system. Qualified and possess licenses for counterbalance, reach, aisle cranes & kombi forklifts. Have attended various in house courses including Health and safety, Department of Transport Known Consignee Training, continuous improvement and also receive annual refresher training for abseil / descent training so I can operate safely from height.• Compliance with current GMP, Standard Operating Procedures and safe working practices.• Using the SAP computer operating system and RF handheld device to perform receipt, storage, inventory, cycle counts, pick and pack transactions.• Processing receipts and returned components from external and internal customers, locating items in ambient and cold storage facilities in warehouse.• Using SAP, Coldstream, following Geozone diagrams and using appropriate cold chain technology when packing product for export worldwide, ensuring paperwork included is accurate and correct.• Loading / unloading vehicles.• Supporting and day to day interaction with internal / external customers.• Self-governance of a 230 item training curricula via the Pfizer Learning System (PLS). Maintaining a completion rate of more than 99% always.• Ensuring site compliance and inspection readiness by contributing to site audits including the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA). • Engaging with the Site Safety Culture and raising any incidents / near misses via ‘Mirashare’.
