Provided interim leadership as SOLE restructured, working in collaboration with other departments to give guidance to external sales agencies in the United States.

Responsible for the day to day advisement of existing retail partners regarding merchandising, inventory management, product knowledge training for staff, order fulfillment and product returns for all of Western Canada (Manitoba to B.C. and the Territories). These include partners in the following channels - medical professional (Pedorthist, Podiatry, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor), outdoor/sporting goods/active lifestyle, casual footwear, and industrial accounts in both retail and direct to business. Responsible for Canadian National Key Accounts which includes coordinating with outside sales agencies, buying meetings with corporate buyers to manage existing sales programs and to initiate new incentives. Also responsible for new business development within the same territory.

I was responsible for the oversight and day to day running of a youth and young adults program including coordinating a team of 6-8 volunteers within the framework of a local church.This included a weekly community drop in program for young people ages 13-18, speaking to groups of 300-400 students 4-6 times a week in public school assemblies, the organizing and running of two lunch time student groups at public schools and a weekly youth meeting at the church.
