Including the Client Services Desk, Property Management, managing the Sales Team, team training, chair meetings and Communicating with Vendors and Land Lords. Commencing in my first cruise ship role as Senior Head Barman, 1st Class on P&O Cruises/ Princess Cruises, I worked on both the Oriana and Sea Princess, predominately Australian Cruising from Sydney. Responsibilities included - Management of the ‘Look Out’ cocktail bar on board, which was a passenger and senior officers only bar.I also assisted in the filming of the infamous TV series ‘The Love Boat’ whilst working onboard.
