• Collaborate with the Oboz warehouse and Logistic teams to ensure all orders are delivered complete and on-time
• Manage key accounts in assigned regions, including processing orders, providing up-to-date inventory, order terms, and new product info
• Communicate with consumers, dealers and sales reps over the phone or through email regarding product features, price and availability
• Responsible for communicating and fulfilling all dealer and consumer warranties
