Key position in company management team, responsible to Chief Executive, with periods as interim General Manager, ensuring co-ordination between all departments for end-to-end event management at a 900-capacity venue. Maximising company income through management of up to 250 events per annum with 80-100K attendees.• Diary management utilising Artifax Event software, including programming of hires and company promotions including qualifying calls, quotations, site visits, contract negotiation and execution.• Business CRM – managing and developing new relationships with local, national and international promoters. Updating business customer and supplier database.• Responsible for ensuring terms of residency agreement with a National Performing Company were met and input to renegotiation of bi-annual contract.• Logistical management of events and exhibitions. Co-ordination of all subcontracted services and resources: crew, security, catering, FX, AV equipment hire, PA and Lighting operators, piano tuning, catering, accommodation, restaurants, transportation, etc.• Supplier management - including negotiation of contracts for catering, merchandising, on site sponsor presentations / product launches.• Budget management – large complex budgets for events, equipment, maintenance, staffing. Processing supplier and customer invoices through to post event account reckoning. Financial and data support, reporting and presentations to CEO, accounts, company Board of Directors.• Personnel management - Responsible for 5 full-time and c.30 casual staff event delivery team, co-ordinating their activities, developing upskilling mentality and encourage internal company personnel promotions.• Customer Care - Initiated and updated company customer care policy to ensure excellence of service for all customers and stakeholders.• Health and Safety - Convenor of company committee, responsible for meeting all licensing requirements associated with a major venue.

Retail Manager• Member of core management team, managing and marketing of all aspects of company’s retail operation including international mail order and sales to trade.• Managing computerised order, stock control and retail sales system. • Training and supervision of 2 full time staff, 5 full time and 30 voluntary staff during Tattoo run.

Assistant Box Office Manager• Operation of computerised ticketing system and administration of all box office records and reports. Training and supervision of staff.

Administrative Assistant• General office administration and supervision, processing artist contracts.• Liaison with venues, box offices, PA crew, etc• Recruitment, training and rota of voluntary festival stewards
