I am a Technical Instructor and have been working with LUMIFY (Formerly Dimension Data Learning Solutions DDLS) since moving to Australia in 2012. I am based in Melbourne. It may sound clichéd but I am driven by the empowering effect of education and knowledge along with a passion for new technology.My main area of interest is all things Data, (BIG and small). I work extensively with SQL Server and the Azure Data Platform across the complete stack of products. I also have a background in both Oracle and Sybase technologies. I am Microsoft certified and revel in the challenge of keeping up to date with the ever-evolving toolset on offer. I am also a Google Cloud Certified Data Engineer and champion the variety of fantastic products jostling for position in this highly competitive area of data related technologies.I am a certified ITIL Expert and run courses on ITIL4 I am also Prince2 Practitioner and DevOps Accredited.I am keen to explore opportunities for consulting and engaging with clients within my organization and beyond to help them get more from their data solutions with the right tools for the challenges ahead.
