Whilst working with Lace Market Properties, I was part of a team which delivered some 1500 apartments in the urban renaissance of Nottingham City Centre and the wider area. Trained under a team of quality architects during my education up to and after qualification, the team of architects at Henry Mein Partnership instilled in me a number of attributes and lessons which I continue to practice now - improving design whilst being mindful of the constraints of cost, amongst many others. Always grateful to them for letting me train with them during my early years.

As part of the team in Leeds, I was managing the Fearn Island Mills project, which was nominated for a number of awards.I was also part of the team which was part of the early work on changing the face of many of the mill towns of South & West Yorkshire helping to deliver urban regeneration with design quality.
